Brait PLC is an investment holding company whose ordinary shares are primary listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, with its secondary listing on the exchange operated by the JSE Limited. The Company’s convertible bonds are dual listed on the Open Market (“Freiverkehr”) segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Brait’s wholly owned subsidiary, Brait Investment Holdings issued Exchangeable Bonds in December 2021 which are dual listed on the Main Board of the JSE and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
