Please see attached a market announcement and circular relating to;
| • | The declaration of a preference share cash dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2015 |
| • | Brait’s intention to obtain authority from shareholders for the proposed redemption and delisting of its twenty million (20,000,000) cumulative, non-participating issued preference shares (“preference shares”), and |
| • | Brait’s intention to obtain authority from shareholders to buy back up to seventy five percent (75%) of its issued preference shares. |
