Further to the notice published by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 24 June 2011 on its website, the number of unexercised subscription rights to be sold at the public auction which will be held at the registered office of the Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg S.A. on 29 June 2011 at 10:00 a.m. is 67 983 522.

Each right provides the right to subscribe to one share of BRAIT S.A. at a subscription price of EUR 1,72.- (ZAR 16,50.-) per share.
